Black Early On

Delta Early-On Child and Family Program provides accessible programs and services that reflect the view of children, parents/caregivers and educators. All these experiences are guided to understand child development and parent engagement.  Therefore FRP / Early ON provide an environment that engages parents/caregivers and educators and influences positive child, family and community experiences and outcomes 

Program Objectives:

  • To support families and promote healthy child development
  • Building strong connections
  • Facilitate access to services that enhance well-being
  • Provide free inclusive programs and services for families with children birth to 6 years
  • To collaborate with other services to enhance programs and service
