ORGANIZATIONAL NEEDS ASSESSMENT SURVEY

Delta Family Resource Centre (Delta Family) will be working with you over the course of the next eleven months to assist you in delivering the Trusteeship projects, and providing other capacity building supports which you think are important.  We want to support you in determining the unique needs of your organization or group and develop strategies to assist you in meeting them. Please complete this form and return to us by February 23rd, 2022.

ONE-ON-ONE SERVICES

We realize that many of the partner agencies are at different stages of their development and may or may not want to formalize their organization.  In addition to the Capacity Building Series we also offer one-on-one support in the following areas. :

Remember – this is your opportunity to tell us whatever supports you think you need – nothing is too simple or too complex. While we may not be able to provide all needs, we will work with you to try to find resources which can do so as we grow and learn together.
